Unable to unstake after time period is up

Unstaking failed
Something went wrong
Your wallet could not submit the transaction!
Please try again later.

Tried multiple times over the last 2 weeks and still cannot unstake. Unstake button is working but the transaction will not go through.

Appreciate any help, thanks

Have you tried to re-sync your wallet?

go to settings > wallet > resync wallet

The team fixed it up ASAP, got my rewards and original stake back :rocket: :rocket: :rocket: :rocket:

Do I understand correctly that it has been 4 months? And only now have they fixed everything?

They fixed it in about 5 days, not sure what happened
