It is necessary to think over an algorithm for removing blocking from community members. I’m talking about blocking in a telegram group, twitter, or discord. I suggest setting a time-limit lock on the violator. One month, two, three months, a maximum of a year, for example.
As well as prescribe algorithms for the passage of which a community member has the right to early exit from the lock.
